Sila Prava received the first judgement establishing Russian military aggression against Ukraine

In October 2015, representing a plaintiff, Sila Prava Ukrainian public movement filed a lawsuit in court requiring to establish the fact the plaintiff had been displaced from her residence in Lugansk region as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation.

November 24, 2015, Kiev Goloseevo district court heard the civil case and upheld the plaintiff`s claim.

Therefore, the fcourt established the fact the plaintiff had been displaced from her residence in Lugansk region as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation.
