Sila Prava and the family of the killed Ukrainian mayor commence a legal struggle against the aggressor state

March 29, 2016, Yarmolinetsky District Court, Khmelnitsky region, will examine the claim filed by the widow of major Yaroslav Koshyshin, who was killed in Avdeevka in October 2014.

For the first time ever Ukraine`s court instance will consider the issue of recognizing the legal fact of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and, consequently, death of the Ukrainian military officer.

Andrei Senchenko, Sila Prava Head, as well as the members of Sila Prava Coordination Council Vadim Severinenko and Igor Kabanenko appear for the family of the victim.
