Odessa joins the legal struggle against the aggressor state

On Friday, October 7, 2016, Her Honor Olga Kalashnikova, the Judge of Kievsky District Court of Odessa, granted the application filed by a family of internally displaced persons from Donetsk.

The court recognized the legal fact of the applicants` forced relocation as the result of military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and occupation of the part of the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

The claim and all supporting documents were prepared by Sila Prava legal team. Kristina Stepanenko, a legal expert of Sila Prava Odessa legal office, and Igor Okunev, Deputy Director Legal Department, appeared for the applicants.
