Sila Prava addressed the Security Service of Ukraine with a claim on a crime committed by Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine

Thursday, April 11, 2019, Andriy Senchenko, Head of Sila Prava Human Rights Movement, addressed the Security Service of Ukraine with a claim on a crime in violation of Part 1 Article 111 (High Treason) and Part 2 Article 364 (Abuse of Authority for Personal Gain) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine committed by Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine.

Drafted by the Sila Prava legal team, the claim provides evidence for systematic and willful neglect by the President of Ukraine of his assigned duties to implement the Memorandum on Security Assurances in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons as well as illegitimate entering into and unconstitutional attempts to consummate the so-called Minsk Accords contradicting the Constitution of Ukraine and imperiling sovereignty of the State of Ukraine.

Furthermore, the Sila Prava legal team is about to complete drafting a claim on a crime committed by Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine and Commander-in-Chief, that resulted in Ilovaisk Tragedy exacting a toll on lives.
